Our free postal service is quick and easy to use

Whether it's a change to a signatory, change of address or even to order a new cheque book, you can do this and much more by post.  We'll provide you with prepaid envelopes so that your request is sent direct to our service centre and you don't need to visit a branch.

We'll action your request within 3 working days and contact you by post within a week, enclosing replacement prepaid envelopes.  You can also get more envelopes from any branch.

Please note that Treasurers Bank Accounts can only be opened and serviced in Bank of Scotland branches in Scotland.
