Notes
- You can only use the switching service to transfer your bank account from another bank or building society to a Bank of Scotland current account.
- We rely on the organisations you pay by direct debit to amend their records.
- We rely on the organisations you pay by direct debit and your previous bank or building society to be prompt. If they do not respond quickly, this could delay the process of switching your bank account to us.
- Your employer or pension provider is responsible for changing their records and paying your salary or pension into your new account.
